Features Technical Information Downloads Price Lists Blauberg Komfort Ultra D105-A is an extremely cost effective heat recovery ventilation unit specifically designed for single rooms, small apartments, flats or houses. It is also ideal for retrofitting into houses as a damp and condensation solution. Due to its low profile, only 224mm deep it is perfect for mounting in small lofts, void spaces and suspended ceilings. Maximum heat recovery is achieved with two centrifugal fans moving up to 105 m3/hour (29 l/s) of air and recovering up to 76% of heat with a cross-flow heat recovery core that is normally extracted to outside and waisted. The heat recovery ventilator also very quiet, manufactured from a double skinned acoustically lined box with a removable acoustic lid. Built-in mounting brackets for easy mounting to roof purlins, ceiling joists and suspension structures. Two G4 filters are included with bottom access for easy and quick maintenance. Condensation control is via a base mounted condensation drain. A pre-wires speed controller is provided to control trickle, boost and purge heat recovery modes (speed 1, 2 & 3) to meet part F of the Building Regulations: 1 - Trickle speed - 57 m3/h, 24 dBA; 2 - Boost speed - 78 m3/h, 32 dBA; 3 - Purge speed - 106 m3/h, 41 dBA.

Heat exchanger (originally recuperation in Latin receiving back, returning) is an energy saving device designed to save thermal energy through heat recovery. As of today thermal energy recuperation is one of the basic energy saving technologies and an integral part of ventilation systems in modern buildings and premises. The passive heat exchanger PR 150 installed in ventilation systems serves to transfer heat or cold from extract air flow to intake air flow from outside. Recuperation minimizes thermal energy losses and reduces operating costs for warming up of supply air in cold seasons or for cooling down in hot seasons. The passive heat exchanger PR 150 is designed for joint operation together with supply and exhaust in-line fans, as for example, VENTS VK 150. The heat exchanger is installed behind suspended ceiling and connected to Ø 150 mm ductworks. The high-efficient heat exchanger is made of polystyrene or aluminium and ensures recuperating efficiency up to 90%. The heat exchanger has a compact and small casing made of alu-zinc internally filled with thermal- and sound-insulated layer. The built-in replaceable G4 filters are designed for purification of supply and extract air. DESIGN: The casing is made of double-skinned polymer coated steel panels, internally filled with 20 mm mineral wool layer for heat- and sound-insulation. The hinged panel of the casing ensures easy access to the internals for cleaning and other maintenance operations. The spigots for connection to the air ducts are located at the top of the unit and are rubber sealed for airtight connection to the air ducts.
